Retreats at Fort Roller
RVR is excited to now offer overnight retreat experiences at our recently constructed Fort Roller campus, just a short drive from our Frontier Town facilities! Fort Roller's bunkhouse dormitories are the newest on property featuring modern restrooms, ADA accesibility, climate controlled rooms, and more at this beautiful and conveniently laid out campus on the hill, overlooking the scenic valley and nestled in the shade of tall trees.
An RVR retreat at Fort Roller includes the following items/services: lodging for 2 nights and 5 meals (Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast), use of a group meeting space with AV package (projector, sound system, & one microphone), use of playground, sports playing field, and a complimentary campfire! Our retreat coordinator will match your group with the housing facilities below that best fit your group's size and needs. Additional activities are available a la carte and depending on availability.

Fort Roller retreats can accommodate groups of 40 to 89 and are only offered October to November and March to April.

Hilltop Hall
Primarily used as Fort Roller's dining facility, this modern space can also handle multimedia meetings and features a shaded wrap-around porch.
Meeting Facility
Arrowhead Woods Longhouse
A modern and inviting meeting space in a unique and tranquil setting. Features high ceiling, lots of natural light, and an attached walkout stone patio.

Gymnasium and Store
Located just a short drive down the hill from Fort Roller (in RVR's Frontier Town campus) is the gymnasium and camp store, both of which can be made available to your group if arranged when booking your Fort Roller retreat!
